Automatic Temperature Regulating Agent Series is a kind of thermal expansion materials, which depends on principles that the substance expands when it is heated and constricts when it is cooled and a liquid is incompressible. It can automatically regulate temperature. When the ambient temperature goes up to the special value, Automatic Temperature Regulating Agent goes up to the special temperature with the ambient temperature, its unit volume increases. When the ambient temperature falls down to special value, Automatic Temperature Regulating Agent also falls down to the special temperature with the ambient temperature, its unit volume reduces. The agent is loaded in the purpose-made thermostatic element. The variation of ambient temperature takes a pressure and the thermostatic element takes a change, and this change brings the movement of either the appurtenance of the thermodynamic component or itself, thereby carrying out the automatic opening & closing function. All sorts of temperature controllers and the electrical switches are developed depending on the physical feature of Automatic Temperature Regulating Agent. It has been widely used in the fields of refrigeration, auto-control system, automobile industry, petrochemical industry, sanitary ware, heating and ventilating, electric electron, building, space & aviation etc.

Machine overview
The Vacuum Forming Machine consist of two parts, preheating box and vacuum forming area. It is designed special for solid surface material preheating and shaping, as well acrylic material, PVC,Corian and thermoplastic forming.our machine combine the functions of two separate machines a vacuum press and the preheating oven, greatly increases its functionality. There are different heating areas, you can heat at one zone or two zones, so that save energy. Also it operate so easily.
Machine application :
&.Thermoforming 2D and 3D vacuum forming of thermoplastic Corian and acrylic materials.Production of bar counters, bathrooms, window sills and elements of the interior.
&Also production of woodworking veneering and laminating of flat and curved surfaces, gluing of 2D curved parts.coating of simple profiles of veneer, leather, paper and plastic.

This Video is a Quick rundown of how to remove injectors from a 6.6 LB7 and actually Rebuild your existing injectors with a kit that I now sell. We also have these kits for the LLY engine now!!! Its not as difficult as you think it would be. Contact us for the kit, We sell a basic kit for only $435 delivered to the USA. It now includes 8 new nozzles, all O-rings and the copper washers. The tiny replacement steel balls and the return line seals are also available. Cheaper then anywhere else. Hopefully this helps anyone out who is looking to rebuild injectors.
