What cause Crack broken(steaming) leaky plastic/Aluminum radiator(cooling system)?.

Let’s look at this video and see what could be the leading cause of plastic/Aluminum radiator to fracture to cause coolant leak and Over Heating conditions.

Always remember after 100,000 mile .it is time to service the engine cooling system. This will involve of replacing. Thermostat, water pump, cooling fans, radiator and hoses. Sometimes by flushing the cooling system is another way of extending the service to approximately 150,000. But the about parts must be replace at sometime during the operation of the automobile. Also consider a plastic Radiator of over 6yrs old will most likely be prong to problem. Dirty and contaminated radiator fin and tube will also cause poor cooling and Over Heating radiator but not a overheating engine. Maintaining a clean cooling system is reason to prevent engine pre-ignition knock(P0328).
