Removing and replacing commercial type flushometer valve. to make this job go a little faster I will change out all four flushometer valve at the same time so that I will only have to turn the water off once. Have to work fast because the store is open for business and the customers need these restrooms up and working as soon as possible. Toilet flush valve take a 1″ inch cut off flushometer valve and urinal would be 3/4 inch to cut off the stops to the flushometer valve you will need a flat head screwdriver and turn to the right to shut it off. Lately many of these flushometer valves have been getting stolen and an alarming rate because of the easy of removal crooks are taking them out and sale them to scrap yard for scrap and getting a nice amount for the brass, but they do make locks for them now so if your having this problem get yourself a lock.
