Description of valve locking funcionality: The Anti Tamper valve lock secures publicly accessible valves from unauthorised operation by a third party. Without a key, the whole unit spins freely with no torque transmitted onto the valve stem. Only the insertion of the key via authorised personnel allows the torque transmission (cf. video).
