SWeAT Glove

SWeAT – SMA Wearable Actuated Textile – is an actuator, which enables the user to reach different ranges of movements, depending on the body part involved. It consists of an array of SMA wires embedded in a silicone fabric composite. SWeAT can bend assuming a “U” shape, as a reaction to a thermal stimulus.
