Spark Plug Install (DIY) How to on VW 2.5L 5 Cylinder Engine



Looking to replace the spark plugs on your VW 2.5 engine? The spark plugs should be replaced every 40K miles on most VW engines.

This video will show you how to remove then engine cover, the ignition coil packs, and finally remove and replace the spark plugs on your VW 2.5 engine.

The 2.5 engine has 2 different spark plugs depending on the engine. If you are not sure which plugs are the correct ones for your vehicle, you should contact us with your VIN number.

Here are the 2 OEM VW plugs available. Please note OEM VW plugs come pre gapped.
