The Raychem HWAT system is a hot water temperature maintenance system that utilizes self-regulating heat trace cables, an easy-to-install set of connection kits and an electronic temperature controller to provide commercial buildings with immediate hot water at the tap without the use of a water recirculation system. A key component of the HWAT system is the HWAT-ECO or ACCS-30 electronic temperature controller. In addition to providing flexible temperature control, the HWAT-ECO electronic controller provides energy savings; a heat-up cycle that increases the water temperature of a hot water system that is not in use; Building Management System (BMS) interface; alarm feedback; water heater sensing; and pre-defined programs that can be customized by the user.
