If you still have the plastic thermostat housing on your Pontiac Wave, Chevy Aveo, Suzuki Swift+, Daewoo Kalos, etc, I would suggest you order yourself Dorman Part# 902-109, which is an aluminum housing. The plastic housing is a ticking time bomb that WILL destroy your engine if it self destructs and you don’t shut down in time.
