As things improve in the economy, our couture art wear collectibles are selling more and more. It is totally wonderful to have castings that we have designed from inception to sell heavily once again. Many of our Lost Wax Cast Brass and Sterling castings are already “sold out” and are on backorder. They are due in next week…thank goodness. The best sellers have been our American Beauty cuffs in both widths and terrain cuffs, necklace with chrysocolla and earring. The Ancestors collection with turquoise and coordinated earring continues to do well. A word of warning to our moderate priced customers. You must have a better customer base to do well with this part of our line. It is in the upper price points but, they are must haves, if you have that customer. The new amazonite slice of slab necklace with sterling cast beading is beyond eye catching.
The stores that have ordered this category from Elaine Coyne Galleries have ordered specific lost wax cast brass collectible art wear jewelry as stabiles in their stores. They are the type of pieces that customers think about and a call a few days later and say I have to have that piece. The pieces are exquisite and obviously memorable. The customer you will attract are those that know the difference between it looks good and this is a piece I can be inherited by daughter and granddaughter. If you are just beginning to touch on these price points, we suggest starting with a half a dozen from the couture lost wax cast grouping with two concepts. You can fill your order out with the ECII collections for the customer that loves these very substantial lost wax items but, feels that they need to spend a bit less. Note that our lost wax items tend to be about twice as expensive as the ECII groupings.
They have gotten so popular that we have begun the expansion of our couture groupings.
