Label Hologram register stamping & die-cutting machine is made by SHANGHAI CAREER PRINTING MACHINERY Co, Ltd. Using advanced label hot stamping & die-cutting manufacture technology, this advanced machine is designed by our self. The machine is used for hot stamping & die-cutting of pressure sensitive label, terylene diaphragm label and hologram register label.
This machine draws paper using interactive servo system, with advice that can vacuum and twice sensor registration. This machine can complete working procedure continuum, the working procedure is draws paper→ hot stamping（Hologram register stamping）→coating film → die-cutting →remove trash→ rewinder paper.

◆ Drive paper using interactive servo system, precision is ±0.15mm，time for regulate is very short, operation is simply.

◆ Heat device uses electric PID automatic temperature controller, with digital temperature shows.
◆ Hot stamping foil draws by powerful step motor, foil pull、rewinding controls precision, feeding device command from 0 to 99 times, it is suitable for many printing plates foil stamping.
◆ Hologram register sensor and computer automatic control technology is from foreign country, It can get precision Hologram register stamping, precision is ±0.20mm.
