Model L-230-EP – 2,000 Pound Capacity Electric Powered Lift Table with a 30″ x 30″ Steel Deck and Base.
The deck gives you 360 degrees of continuous rotation and can be quickly locked in place at any height or position with the lock handle located underneath the deck. Rigid and swivel casters make movement and positioning simple, and an industrial strength floor lock keeps the lift stationary when engaged. The hydraulic lift table is operated by a base mounted dual foot switch for raising and lowering the lift and powered by a 120 VAC electric motor which drives the hydraulic system housed within the lift cylinder. All of the electrical components are housed on the lift itself, which allows for easy transportation and storage in and around your facility. We use all high quality components on our products to ensure a long life with minimal maintenance.
Ergonomically designed, this lift table gives you a lot of functionality in numerous applications. As a welding, grinding, or assembly station, the table height can be adjusted to the comfort of the worker with a few strokes of the foot pump pedal, allowing them to be more efficient and making the work easier on their body. As a die positioning and transfer table, the mobility of the lift is ideal for getting under heavy loads and safely transporting them around a facility. As a parts transfer cart, parts can be moved from machine to machine during the manufacturing process, adjusting to the appropriate height for the operator. There are many great uses for our industrial lift tables.
We believe that all of our products should be modifiable to fit the specific needs of the end user and we take a sky is the limit approach to this. Whether it’s a deck with precision laser burned tooling slots, poly on iron casters, larger diameter casters, modified raised and lowered heights, handheld pendant controls, ball transfer, roller conveyor, rubber, or ultra-high-molecular-weight polyethylene tops, we can accommodate your needs. We also manufacture custom scissors lifts, box dumpers, pallet inverters, and more. If you don’t see it here, just ask!
