https://www.neptunehelp.com – The 2000 Stacker, MAH3000, MAH4000 and MAH5500A series Maytag Neptune front loader washers have a 12002535 wax motor in the door latch assembly that locks the door during high speed spin cycle. All of these wax motors need to be replaced before they fail and damage the upper machine control board.
