PriceList for TU-1C06 thermal wax actuator for thermostatic automatic water drain valve to European Factory Detail:
1. Operation Principle
The Thermostatic Wax that has been sealed in shell body induces expansion by a given temperature, and inner rubber seal part drives its handspike to move under expansion pressure to realize a transition from thermal energy into mechanical energy. The Thermostatic Wax brings an upward movement to its handspike, and automatic control of various function are realized by use of upward movement of handspike. The return of handspike is accomplished by negative load in a given returned temperature.
2. Characteristic
(1)Small body size, occupied limited space, and its size and structure may be designed in according to the location where needs to work.
(2)Temperature control is reliable and nicety
(3)No shaking and tranquilization in working condition.
(4)The element doesn’t need special maintenance.
(5)Working life is long.
3.Main Technical Parameters
(1)Handspike’s height may be confirmed by drawing and technical parameters
(2)Handspike movement is relatives to the temperature range of the element, and the effective distance range is from 1.5mm to 20 mm.
(3)Temperature control range of thermal wax actuator is between –20 ~ 230℃.
(4)Lag phenomenon is generally 1 ~ 2℃. Friction of each component part and lag of the component part temperature cause a lag phenomenon. Because there is a difference between up and down curve of traveling distance.
(5)Loading force of thermal wax actuator is difference, it depends on its’ shell size.

How to Assemble a Faucet Drain
Transcription:
Alright then, I’m gonna show you how put together a drain assembly for the widespread faucets keep in mind that we do have an instruction manual.
Show you how to do it but so can be a bit confusing with these pointers style trains. So first things first is the actual drain and this little now can I call it fits inside the drain your for this little plastic receptor in at this guy in in them threaded down is in a plastic receptor on and take this is well-meaning I’ve been down to open enclosure drain then you’re gonna put the plunger is a nice decorative piece metal goes through here in with the pond notice that where the drain tens down where where the simply tens down your countertop there’s a slim, the back it’s for the plunger to fit through some plunger goes through the rear then this plastic guy attach is on to the founder and you get a set screw right here, you can attain this thing real taking your done within.
So with this piece it does is it allows you to adjust for hate depending on which can sink use their multiple holes in here death this K goes through so you tit you set string get this through the end looks fishy got it start off with this metal piece on put it through the end and then should be paid as.
You get it then the metal piece then the metal piece sterling drabs on and that’s it now if this set screw it tit then when I move the plunger up and down you with the move this drain assembly up and down again make sure you check the manual and it’s a little more complicated it looks more complicated than it really is it’s pretty straight forward mechanism if anything let us know.
