OEM Manufacturer TU-1D091 thermal wax actuator for industrial thermostatic water regulations mixing valve to Venezuela Manufacturer Detail:
1. Operation Principle
The Thermostatic Wax that has been sealed in shell body induces expansion by a given temperature, and inner rubber seal part drives its handspike to move under expansion pressure to realize a transition from thermal energy into mechanical energy. The Thermostatic Wax brings an upward movement to its handspike, and automatic control of various function are realized by use of upward movement of handspike. The return of handspike is accomplished by negative load in a given returned temperature.
2. Characteristic
(1)Small body size, occupied limited space, and its size and structure may be designed in according to the location where needs to work.
(2)Temperature control is reliable and nicety
(3)No shaking and tranquilization in working condition.
(4)The element doesn’t need special maintenance.
(5)Working life is long.
3.Main Technical Parameters
(1)Handspike’s height may be confirmed by drawing and technical parameters
(2)Handspike movement is relatives to the temperature range of the element, and the effective distance range is from 1.5mm to 20 mm.
(3)Temperature control range of thermal wax actuator is between –20 ~ 230℃.
(4)Lag phenomenon is generally 1 ~ 2℃. Friction of each component part and lag of the component part temperature cause a lag phenomenon. Because there is a difference between up and down curve of traveling distance.
(5)Loading force of thermal wax actuator is difference, it depends on its’ shell size.

Working of parking brake/ hand brake.
The parking brake or the hand brake is the strongest brake system in a vehicle (automobile). This brake is normally used while the vehicle (car) is parking and hence called the parking brake. This brake can be employed using the hand, so also called as hand brake.
Main components of a Parking/ Hand brake (in construction equipment, back hoe loader eg: JCB, CAT:
1. Hand grip
2. Cable
3. Clevis
4. Caliper liver
5. Spring
6. Brake pad
7. Disc
Hand grip: as shown in the figure, the part where the human hand is encaging with the lever of the brake system.
Cable: connecting the hand grip to the brake system.
Clevis: link of the caliper lever to the brake body.
Caliper lever: it is having a typical shape as shown in the figure. The movement of the caliper liver is resulting in the brake pads to move towards each other resulting g in the brake.
Spring: helps to hold the brake pads away from each other, in normal from the disc.
Disc: this is actually not a part of the parking brake. It as part of the transmission connected to the propeller shaft. This disc is jammed to stop by the brake pads to stop the machine.
Working of a Parking brake/ Hand brake:
This parking brake activation lever will be fixed in the driver’s cabin, near the driver/operator and will be linked to the paring brake system beneath the chassis of the vehicle by a cable (ref’ fig). This cable will be connected to the caliper lever and intern to the brake pads. As we move the hand grip of the parking brake up or move it towards the driver, the brake will be encaged.
The caliper lever moves up and as it is linked to the brake pad retaining walls, the brake pads move towards each other resulting in the brake of the disc.
As we release the hand lever down (away from the driver) due to the spring tension of the parking brake system the brake pads disengages, resulting in the release of brake.

Here we are showing you how to bleed or vent a towel rail radiator. Depending on the valves but most modern radiators now have slots where you can use flat headed screwdrivers to bleed the radiator but some may need a radiator bleed key. Always start with the downstairs radiators first once all air has been removed from the radiator make sure if you have a combi boiler you go back to the boiler and top up the water pressure if necessary.
