New Fashion Design for TU-010 thermostatic cartridge wax sensor for sanitary ware Supply to Paraguay Detail:

1. Operation Principle

The Thermostatic Wax that has been sealed in shell body induces expansion by a given temperature, and inner rubber seal part drives its handspike to move under expansion pressure to realize a transition from thermal energy into mechanical energy. The Thermostatic Wax brings an upward movement to its handspike, and automatic control of various function are realized by use of upward movement of handspike. The return of handspike is accomplished by negative load in a given returned temperature.

2. Characteristic

(1)Small body size, occupied limited space, and its size and structure may be designed in according to the location where needs to work.

(2)Temperature control is reliable and nicety

(3)No shaking and tranquilization in working condition.

(4)The element doesn’t need special maintenance.

(5)Working life is long.

3.Main Technical Parameters

(1)Handspike’s height may be confirmed by drawing and technical parameters

(2)Handspike movement is relatives to the temperature range of the element, and the effective distance range is from 1.5mm to 20 mm.

(3)Temperature control range of thermal wax actuator is between –20 ~ 230℃.

(4)Lag phenomenon is generally 1 ~ 2℃. Friction of each component part and lag of the component part temperature cause a lag phenomenon. Because there is a difference between up and down curve of traveling distance.

(5)Loading force of thermal wax actuator is difference, it depends on its’ shell size.

The can will have a rating on the back(usually by the bar code). Most are DOT 2Q which means they are rated to at least 270psi before it will burst and designed for an operating pressure up to around 180psi @130F degrees. 99% of all air compressors put out a max of 120psi so you can’t get close to the safe rating. Most compressors also have a regulator to turn down the pressure (50psi seams to be ample).

    USA ratings At 130F degrees
    No Code Minimum burst 210psi
    DOT 2P Minimum burst 240psi
    DOT 2Q Minimum burst 270psi

My 2013 Nissan Versa has had a heat shield come loose and rattle three different occasions. The first two were covered by warranty and both occurred during the first year of me owning it. My warranty was up during that first year, and it has held until about a month ago. The guy at the dealership told me it was between the engine and the transmission. I never worried about it, as it was under warranty at the time. However the heat shield that was doing the rattling was actually about the exhaust pipe on the passenger side of the car towards the rear. It takes a 10mm socket to tighten/loosen the bolts. The heat shield actually broke off from the part that the bolt attached to, so I just loosened the bolt and tucked that part under the second part of the heat shield. I’m sure it’ll come out again, but atleast this’ll stop that annoying rattle. I hope this video may help someone else who has had this problem. Thanks for watching!
