New Arrival China TU-1D01-71 thermal wax actuator for automobile thermostat Export to Amsterdam Detail:
1. Operation Principle
The Thermostatic Wax that has been sealed in shell body induces expansion by a given temperature, and inner rubber seal part drives its handspike to move under expansion pressure to realize a transition from thermal energy into mechanical energy. The Thermostatic Wax brings an upward movement to its handspike, and automatic control of various function are realized by use of upward movement of handspike. The return of handspike is accomplished by negative load in a given returned temperature.
2. Characteristic
(1)Small body size, occupied limited space, and its size and structure may be designed in according to the location where needs to work.
(2)Temperature control is reliable and nicety
(3)No shaking and tranquilization in working condition.
(4)The element doesn’t need special maintenance.
(5)Working life is long.
3.Main Technical Parameters
(1)Handspike’s height may be confirmed by drawing and technical parameters
(2)Handspike movement is relatives to the temperature range of the element, and the effective distance range is from 1.5mm to 20 mm.
(3)Temperature control range of thermal wax actuator is between –20 ~ 230℃.
(4)Lag phenomenon is generally 1 ~ 2℃. Friction of each component part and lag of the component part temperature cause a lag phenomenon. Because there is a difference between up and down curve of traveling distance.
(5)Loading force of thermal wax actuator is difference, it depends on its’ shell size.

Tonight’s Episode: FANGS OF THE LIVING DEAD (1969, aka MALENKA)!
David Del Valle discovered his love of horror cinema at the tender age of four years old when he witnessed Vincent Price create a wax museum out of corpses in the 3D classic HOUSE OF WAX what he didn’t realize was his destiny would place him in the great actors path as a life long friend until his death in 1993. David would then devote all his energy from that point on to the visual arts. Since then David appeared on television and radio not to mention writing countless articles for magazines publishing four books while contributing DVD commentaries for every format starting with VHS to laserdiscs and then on to BluRay’s…including not only Price’s HOUSE OF WAX and THE FLY but titles as cheesy as WEREWOLF IN A GIRLS DORMATORY and HORRORS OF THE BLACK MUSEUM. Vincent Price personally asked for David to document his career in the award winning VINCENT PRICE THE SINISTER IMAGE. David has interviewed such notables as John Carradine, Cameron Mitchell, Dario Argento and Sir Christopher Lee. He has been nominated for the infamous RONDO awards half a dozen times..this being the Oscar’s for the monster kid set online. David has been a unit publicist, theatrical agent and confident to dozens of Hollywood’s most recognizable fright masters prompting Video watchdog’s editor Tim Lucas to comment “David has met more monsters than Abbott and Costello”. Mr. Del Valle has also contributed to such classic film books as Kenneth Anger’s HOLLYWOOD BABYLON II Tachen Press’s HORROR CINEMA and their classic 1001 FILMS YOU SEE BEFORE YOU DIE…David became a staff member for FILMS IN REVIEW here in the states as well as being a member of the Foreign Press in the UK for FILMS AND FILMING and both FANTASTYKA and Lecran Fantastique in France.
