How to make DIY high voltage capacitors. I then show what the voltage rating on commercial capacitors means. I next show how to find breakdown voltage, also known at dielectric strength, online and use it in calculations for how thick your dielectric should be. That’s followed by a breakdown voltage test with a homemade high voltage power supply, an analog volt meter and an ammeter. I then show how the shape of capacitor plates influences breakdown voltage, as well as the effect thin plates has on ionizing air. That leads to using corona dope, resin or wax to insulate the capacitor plates. In the final breakdown voltage demonstrations I show the use of current limiting resistors and lastly how standard breakdown voltage tests are done.

Our USA CA regular customer last year (Oct 2015)Placed another order for several sets of machines including drying oven model YX-D10 Ten meters rotary tunnel for drying washed bottles + model YX-AB100 semi automatic tubes filling sealing machine+two sets YX-PMC series blending tanks for shampoo as well as the jars capping machine linear capper model YX-AC60; Last Decemeber we finished all the machine and kept them ready in our stock .
Three month later our customer called us for the pickup of these machine in our factory and shipped them to LA port . We soon wooden case the machines and cleaned all the machines before loading them into one 40ft container .

Use &Operation of blending tanks
1.Emulsifying Temperature: to adjust and control the inner material temperature of the emulsifying tank. It is set according to the temperature requirement of customers’ actual production materials.
2.Emulsifying Current: The current display when the emulsifying motor works.
3.Homogenizing Current: The current display when the homogenizing motor (blending motor) works.
4.Homogenizing time: The working time of the homogenizing motor. It should be noted that the working time should not exceed 5 minutes.
5.Generally, 5 minutes’ emulsifying time is enough, if longer time is required, it is recommended to start after 10 minutes.
6.Emulsifying Speed: Controls the speed of the blending blades, for which when rotated clockwise, the speed goes up.
7.Emulsifying Heating: with total 4 switches for two groups of heating, one or two groups can be turned on based on actual heating requirements.
8.Homogenizing: Press the red button to start the up blending function and press again to stop.
9.Emulsify: Press the red button to start the bottom emulsifying function with the emulsifying time already set to 5 minutes.
