1. Operation Principle
The Thermostatic Wax that has been sealed in shell body induces expansion by a given temperature, and inner rubber seal part drives its handspike to move under expansion pressure to realize a transition from thermal energy into mechanical energy. The Thermostatic Wax brings an upward movement to its handspike, and automatic control of various function are realized by use of upward movement of handspike. The return of handspike is accomplished by negative load in a given returned temperature.

With the advancement in and testing of rocker/sidecut combinations the 105 has the edge to edge performance of the 98 and the float of the 108 all rolled into one. The 105 benefits from an extended rise in the shovel, the longest Kastle have produced; it makes the ski initiate really smoothly and is fast too. At the same time the progressive rise gives the ski a lovely floaty feel in soft snow as well as dealing with skied out snow with no problems. Construction wise the skis have a European sourced Silver fir core which is found in the mountainous regions of Europe and has a high elasticity so the skis are full of energy.
