Wholesale Price China TU-021 thermostatic cartridge wax sensor for sanitary ware for Puerto Rico Importers Detail:
1. Operation Principle
The Thermostatic Wax that has been sealed in shell body induces expansion by a given temperature, and inner rubber seal part drives its handspike to move under expansion pressure to realize a transition from thermal energy into mechanical energy. The Thermostatic Wax brings an upward movement to its handspike, and automatic control of various function are realized by use of upward movement of handspike. The return of handspike is accomplished by negative load in a given returned temperature.
2. Characteristic
(1)Small body size, occupied limited space, and its size and structure may be designed in according to the location where needs to work.
(2)Temperature control is reliable and nicety
(3)No shaking and tranquilization in working condition.
(4)The element doesn’t need special maintenance.
(5)Working life is long.
3.Main Technical Parameters
(1)Handspike’s height may be confirmed by drawing and technical parameters
(2)Handspike movement is relatives to the temperature range of the element, and the effective distance range is from 1.5mm to 20 mm.
(3)Temperature control range of thermal wax actuator is between –20 ~ 230℃.
(4)Lag phenomenon is generally 1 ~ 2℃. Friction of each component part and lag of the component part temperature cause a lag phenomenon. Because there is a difference between up and down curve of traveling distance.
(5)Loading force of thermal wax actuator is difference, it depends on its’ shell size.

Today we are going to install part number 39510 from Tekonsha. This is their Voyager Proportional Brake Controller. I am going to give you a few quick notes here. We are installing this on a 2008 Ford F150. It does not come with a tow package. It only comes with a basic 4 pole flat. We will show you how to upgrade this vehicle to do a 7 and 4 pole and install a brake controller. To give you a point of reference this is the factory 4 pole that came standard on the 2008 F150. Now if you had a tow package you would have the seven pole already out back here and probably the hitch also. But to convert this what we need to do is plug into that with our adapter. Then you extend the wire and you will splice into it wire harness here.
This is the harness that comes from the front. I am going to take it apart to show you that this here is the blue wiring coming from the port from the front of the vehicle. If you look here this is where we are going to have to splice here to the other side of the connector. Because it does not go all the way through to the other side. So we will have to make our connection from the adapter and splice here. It is practically the only splice we will have to make underneath the vehicle. Next we are going to install the bracket on the bumper of the vehicle. Lets go ahead and install our adapter. While we are here we are going to take a moment and tie up the wires really quick.
Now lets go ahead and put these 2 together. Throw some dielectric grease in there since it will be a most likely be a semipermanent connection. We have to put a zip tie around it just to make sure they stay together. The next step we are going to extend this blue wire since we need it up and closer to the frame. While we are at it we are going to run the hot wire to it. It is the same thing we are doing to the brake controller. This purple wire here is actually used for reverse light lead. Most trailers do not actually use that wire. They are mostly used on RV trailers. Seeing how we will not need it we will go ahead and tuck it back up and way back here. We will go ahead and run our tubes on our wires on the same circuit as the original wires. We will run our blue wire to the brake output here and we will use a quick connect. We will stick some dielectric grease in there to help make it last a little longer. We need to do the same thing for the 12 volt lead. Then we can go ahead and wrap that in electric tape and we are good to go. Now to secure our wires to the harness then we will bundle up the loose wire and install our ground.
Now what we are going to do is mount our ground to this part of the frame here. First we will route these other 2 wires. Next what we are going to do is this ring terminal is a little big for what we need we will go ahead and replace it. Actually we are going to mount our ground point towards the end of the frame to keep all of our wires around the same length. We then install our screw there. Now we can go ahead and bundle up our wires. With that complete we can go ahead and move back towards the front. We can go ahead and make our connections here. What we are going to use is our plug in adapter for our Ford product which will be part number 20260 from Tow Ready. This comes ready with the ends striped so you do not have to worry about that to much. However on the brake controller we still have to strip the ends of the wires and put the butt connectors on them. We are going to match up color to color it is pretty simple.
Now we can go ahead and tape up the wire once we are finished. What we have to do is finish drilling the holes for our bracket on the brake controller so we can mount it. It comes predrilled we just have to finish them off. Up here is an existing screw we can use to help mount the bracket up. We will slip our bracket back here behind the plastic tab that is holding the the dash together. It is doing some of the work for us. Make sure you get it straight and even with the bottom edge. Go ahead and double check it with the brake controller one more time. Once the bracket is in place we can go ahead and install the other screws. Then we can go ahead and install our brake controller. Now we will take the end of the port and plug it into the port under the dash which is practically right above it. After testing the brake controller to make sure everything was connected we are finished. This will conclude the install of part number 39510 from Tekonsha the Voyager Proportional Brake Controller.
