This welding demonstration cell showcases FANUC Robotics’ advanced ArcTool application software, which monitors the weld. The Lincoln Electric Power Wave® R350 used in this system provides an extremely stable arc response for optimized performance in robotic arc welding.

    The R-1000iA robot has a slim design, allowing customers to reduce the overall size of their automation system by using more robots in each work cell, or making work cells with a single robot significantly smaller.

    The robots now perform a live weld on the weld coupon. The ARC Mate 100iC robot with ServoTorch ensures low-spatter arc starting while providing stable wire feed control through the FANUC Servo motor and wrist-mounted wire feed drive.
