1. Operation Principle

The Thermostatic Wax that has been sealed in shell body induces expansion by a given temperature, and inner rubber seal part drives its handspike to move under expansion pressure to realize a transition from thermal energy into mechanical energy. The Thermostatic Wax brings an upward movement to its handspike, and automatic control of various function are realized by use of upward movement of handspike. The return of handspike is accomplished by negative load in a given returned temperature.

2. Characteristic

(2)Temperature control is reliable and nicety

(3)No shaking and tranquilization in working condition.

3.Main Technical Parameters

(1)Handspike’s height may be confirmed by drawing and technical parameters

(2)Handspike movement is relatives to the temperature range of the element, and the effective distance range is from 1.5mm to 20 mm.

(3)Temperature control range of thermal wax actuator is between –20 ~ 230℃.

(4)Lag phenomenon is generally 1 ~ 2℃. Friction of each component part and lag of the component part temperature cause a lag phenomenon. Because there is a difference between up and down curve of traveling distance.

(5)Loading force of thermal wax actuator is difference, it depends on its’ shell size.

    TECHNOLOGY IN BRIEF & IMFORMATION OF ADMC SYSTEM
    According to the view of the Photo / diagram, One belt is connecting from drive motor to Alternater and another belt from Alternator to flywheel.
    When the Alternator and flywheel get driven by the Drive motor by appling the grid Electricity. The Alternator RPM reaches around 1500 rpm (approx), So that, There will be a voltage production from the Alternator that will be about 230 volts along with particular amount of Hz & Amps

    The above voltage (230 v) may be fed to drive motor through a changeover switching, But the 230 volts may not be sufficiant to run the Drive Motor.

    FOR EXAMPLE:
    In this mode, When change-over the switch from grid source to Alternator source,
    The produced out coming 230 volts from Alternator, may not be sufficient to drive the Drive Motor and also the 50 Hz may not be maintained where the Ac motors require perfect 50-60 Hz for full stenth speed.
    All these up told specifications cause, The drive motor to get SLOW step by step and also the Alternator & flywheel too, SO THAT THE FFEG SYSTEM WILL NOT FUNCTION..

    WHAT IS ADMC:
    The ADMC is a 60 volts 10 Ah storage system, A battery pack and 70 volts charging Dynamo Incorporated, That functions as a extra energy production device based of constant volts & Amps sustaining. ( The ADMC voltage pack can be varied to any volts )

    A) When the 230 volts produced from the Alternator as it is spinning at 1500 rpm (approx) is called ORIGINAL voltage.
    B) When the ADMC dynamo is spun along with the same Drive motor along with a belt coupling, An ARTIFICIAL 60 volts are ready now,

    Harold Beck & Sons, Inc. exhibited with MagnaDrive at the WEFTEC 2011 tradeshow. MagnaDrive Adjustable Speed Drive (ASD) couplings transmit torque from a motor to a load across an air gap. There is no physical connection between the two sides and the transmission of torque is done so using rare-earth magnets. Beck electric actuators are connected to a lever arm on the ASD which modulates the air gap spacing through a 4-20 mA demand signal, in turn, controlling the speed of the transferred load.
