As you see the video, it consists of shredder, dry conveyor, Homogenizer, oil/water separator, oil tank, water tank, and activated carbon tank.
Waste plastic homogenization is a restoring process to produce oil by heating and decomposing waste plastics in the reverse direction from manufacturing plastic products using the oil as material in petrochemical industry.
Low temperature pyrolysis is an endothermic system with indirect heating of the wastes by low temperature (350 ℃ ~ 450 ℃) under anaerobic or low oxygen atmosphere and forms unstable radicals with part of the weak adhesion being cut first or a similar structure to the bonding combination of the random torn.
Radical reaction is the main fature. Pro-environmental and excellent clean fuel with prominent value as a resource is produced by less generation of pollutant materials in the transformation process of becoming small molecular weight substances through continuous phenomenon of cutting up of the combination while the energy is being transformed into combining structure of the organics through persistent reactions.
Its flow process is that shredder made waste plastics to small scraps and those scraps are moved to dry conveyor for removing moistures. Then those scraps are melted through fusion furnace and getting into decomposition furnace. This decomposition furnace transform melting plastics into liquid status and evaporating status. Gases and smokes from decomposition furnace are moved into oil/water separator to become recycling oil. This recycling oil is transferred to oil tank. Water tank supply water to oil/water separator and activated carbon gas tank get ride of harmful gases.
