Cheapest Price TU-022 thermostatic cartridge wax sensor for sanitary ware for Latvia Manufacturer Detail:
1. Operation Principle
The Thermostatic Wax that has been sealed in shell body induces expansion by a given temperature, and inner rubber seal part drives its handspike to move under expansion pressure to realize a transition from thermal energy into mechanical energy. The Thermostatic Wax brings an upward movement to its handspike, and automatic control of various function are realized by use of upward movement of handspike. The return of handspike is accomplished by negative load in a given returned temperature.
2. Characteristic
(1)Small body size, occupied limited space, and its size and structure may be designed in according to the location where needs to work.
(2)Temperature control is reliable and nicety
(3)No shaking and tranquilization in working condition.
(4)The element doesn’t need special maintenance.
(5)Working life is long.
3.Main Technical Parameters
(1)Handspike’s height may be confirmed by drawing and technical parameters
(2)Handspike movement is relatives to the temperature range of the element, and the effective distance range is from 1.5mm to 20 mm.
(3)Temperature control range of thermal wax actuator is between –20 ~ 230℃.
(4)Lag phenomenon is generally 1 ~ 2℃. Friction of each component part and lag of the component part temperature cause a lag phenomenon. Because there is a difference between up and down curve of traveling distance.
(5)Loading force of thermal wax actuator is difference, it depends on its’ shell size.

Spectre Performance demonstrates in this video how to customize a universal cold air intake kit using parts you can find at your local neighborhood Pep Boys. Using universal parts you can simply assemble them in any fashion to create the look you want to make.
First we take off the existing air cleaner and install a single 4 inch plenum. Lay the plenum where your air filter was and put it in any direction you like. Screw on the plenum with the existing air filter nut or a custom nut of your choice. You will need couplers that will connect the different intake tubes together that can be turned to mold within your engine compartment. Simply slide on the coupler to the plenum and fit accordingly. Secure the clamp on the coupler to the ridge inside and then you can add additional tubing for the length you desire. Remember not to tighten the clamps too hard, because you may need to move your tubing around until you create a final fit. Rotate and adjust as needed. Attach your air filter to the end of the tubing. You can find inserts that go into the filter to accommodate a 3 or 3.5 inch tube. Once you have the final placement in place, be sure then to go back and tighten all of the clamps to hold the filter system securely in place.
The advantages to having a custom air intake filter system located in the front of your engine is that you can take advantage of the air stream and receive colder air going into the intake system instead of the hot air that your standard filter was providing. Customizing your cold air intake system is pretty simple once you know a few simple tricks. Not only will your new custom air intake system look great, but it will increase your engine’s overall performance.

Welcome to One Hour TV! This is Jim from One Hour Heating & Air Conditioning!
Is your heating system blowing cold air… or your cooling system blowing hot air?
Does one room feel hotter or colder than another?
Is your system constantly running, but nothing seems to be happening?
If so, I have some helpful information that could help your system get back to producing comfortable air. These are the 7 helpful steps you can take:
Step 1 Check your thermostat setting. Make sure it’s properly set to either “heat” or “cool.” Replace the batteries on your programmable thermostat. If heating, set the temperature at least 10 degree warmer than the indoor temperature; if cooling, set it 10 degrees cooler. This will give you a better idea if your system is operating properly.
Step 2 Test your thermostat’s accuracy with another temperature gauge. If they do not match, your thermostat may be out of calibration and needs to be reset. To do so, reference the manufacturer’s instructions.
Step 3 Check the power to your unit. A circuit breaker may be tripped. In that case, flip the switch. This should not happen often—if it does, you should consult a licensed HVAC technician. Also, check the master switches to both your inside and outside units, and make sure both are on and receiving electricity.
Step 4 Press your system’s reset button. By resetting the unit, it can clear some of the minor mechanical issues that may cause the system to act irregularly.
Step 5 Go to the system’s return vent and change your filter. Dirt restricts air flow, can cause problems, and impact the temperature of your home. As a rule of thumb, change your filter every month.
Step 6 Clear grass, weeds, ice, anything that may be obstructing airflow, and clean your condensing unit with a commercial coil cleaner. It’s recommended that you do not open up the unit! Damage can easily be done to the fans and can drastically shorten the life of your system!
Step 7 Make sure none of your air vents are blocked! Nothing should be obstructing them, including drapes and furniture; they can restrict air flow and impact a room’s temperature.
Those are my 7 steps you can take to repair your HVAC system. If your system still acts irregularly after following them, it likely needs servicing.
